Refund Policy

We offer a refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days of your purchase, if 7 days have passed since your purchase, you may be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Eligibility for Refunds and Exchanges

  • Customer has completed respective/said tutoring service
  • The service was incomplete or was not completed to company standards
  • The refund request must include a reasonable request and proof/evidence of said issue/error
  • To complete a refund request, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

Exchanges

Depending on the customer’s preference, the value of the refund can but used as credit or a fair exchange with other services offered by PeerLink. 

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Any refund request that is requested more than 7 days after purchase completion
  • A service that was not completed towards a customer’s preference

Once your refund request is received, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment/used a credit towards another tutoring service, within seven days of the day the request was accepted

Late or missing refunds

  • If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

Appointment Cancellation

When you schedule an appointment through one of our representatives, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other students while involving multiple parties who must attend even though you may not be there. In order to be respectful of fellow students, please cancel your lessons as soon as you know you will not be able to make your session.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Sessions are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another student access to that appointment time.

How to Cancel Your Appointment

If you need to cancel your appointment, please reach out to your respective representative between the hours of 8 am – 5 pm EST. If necessary, you may leave a detailed message. 

Late Cancellations/No-Shows

A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a student misses a session without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the student/parent a missed session fee of $5 + 0.10 (lesson price).
